End is near… Force Wipe Rust: Thursday 2/4

“It’s a fresh week for Rust development and there is an exciting update hitting Thursday. Given it’s the first of the month, a forced map wipe will occur game-wide when the update goes live – no sign of a forced blueprint wipe.

There aren’t going to be many significant changes to procedural map generation as Andre is working on other things like optimization a bug fixes.”

The End is Near for Brave New Rust

As we come into a close for this chapter of the update for the game of Rust. We have seen lots of changes since we started this server.

We added a “Live Map” Provided by “playrust.io”.That was a big improvement to help existing clans help find each other in the map. I found only a positive response since the addition so it really helps the community of the Rust Server.

They been an influx of new and old clans.
New players, and new enemies.

It’s been really fun, because I felt the server has had big growth of buildings, PvE, and PvP. It’s only started and I feel a healthy growth.

The community is slowly growing too! and it’s because of “YOU”, and it’s your contribution to the Rust community that is priceless. Please tell your friends and hopefully make this community grow more. Thank you!

That being said, Facepunch is doing an update this Thursday 2/4. I been following Rustified, and it will be a Force Wipe, but not a BP wipe.

Server Update for Brave New Rust – NEW STUFF!

A host of changes implemented and previewed this week: there’s a variety of new walls to let you build prisons, shops, and cages; a new scope with 4x magnification; optimisation, bug-fixes, and loads more. Plus there’s a preview of the new levelling system. It’s an exciting look at the future of Rust.
